Being a first-time participant in NDIS, it is very complex to understand the different terminologies of the plan. Having Lidija as our Plan Manager is the best decision we made. She is very knowledgeable about NDIS.

The most important thing I like about Lidija’s service is her ability to reply immediately. She is even responding to me even though it’s the weekend. I feel like I am being supported 24/7.
