We don’t only strive to financially manage your plan but to answer any questions you may have with your plan.
We don’t pride ourselves on payment of invoices in 24hrs, we pride ourselves with our clients beings satisfied that charges on the invoices are correct before we pay the provider. You will have a choice of approving every invoice before it is paid, or we can pay, and you can check the accuracy of the charges on the statement provided to you on a monthly base.
Provider payments & reimbursements most of the time are completed in 3 days, pending your approval and assuming there is no delay from NDIS.
